Metal Spray Galvanising

Spray galvanising is a type of rust prevention.  It involves spraying molten metal onto the surface of an item.  Two metals that are commonly used are aluminium and zinc.  They can be used together or separately depending on the customers requirements.  This product leaves the items with an even surface and doesn't warp thin metals. Thickness can be specified and certain areas can be left uncoated if needed. Metalsprayed surfaces are great for coating over with powdercoat or spray paints.

We have one 250amp metal spray machine, and can coat products with aluminium, zinc, copper and brass.
